PENCILS
Pencil, an object that is used for writing and drawing. Have you ever known how pencils were made? Well let me tell you, The core of a pencil is made of graphite, clay and water, during the 17th century the graphite and clay were grounded down by hand, put into a cylindrical mold, and fired in a kiln. Musgrave pencil company, newell brands and palomino are some companies that also make pencils. 
For get creative I made a minecraft world. I hope you enjoy. So first is the mini pool I made to swim in. As we enter into the house there is the kitchen and the living room then we enter upstairs (sorry the house is empty ) We have a bedroom and some lighting not really much stuff upstairs. Then we go back outside to walk on the walkway on the roof of the house to look at the view. I made this house because I thought it would be fun to make, Hope you enjoyed!
Making pinwheels
We have been learning about wind in class so we have made a pinwheel because it's like a smaller version of a wind turbine. What is a wind turbine? A wind turbine is a large veined wheel rotated by the wind to make electricity that can power a city. and I learnt how similar the pin wheels and the wind turbine are and that wind turbines are important. Have you made a pinwheel before, did you enjoy making it? And why?
Waiting at the front of the school
It was a warm sunny day but i couldnt feel the heat, sitting down on the hard concrete floor as i stare out onto the road watching the cars drive past easily able to smell the fuel from the cars. I peer upward as i hear somebody walking past i glare across the road as a policeman walks past grabbing keys from a house door as he strolls back to his car. “What is he doing?” i wonder to myself as he drives off. I start to overhear some dogs in the distance which takes my mind off the policeman i glance up and down the street hoping i could see the dogs, unable to see them i sit back down. Trying to focus on my thinking i hear kids talking about how boring it was, i kinda agreed but i kept my words to myself. “Back to class!” the teacher blurts out as she walks inside of the school, i follow behind her as we walk back to class

My name is Nikita Im 12 years old and im a year 8 at otaki college. My favourite subject at school at the moment is art and writing, my hobbies are
drawing, animating, colouring in, playing on my Xbox and reading books, my favourite book series is probably goosebumps and the games i play are roblox, Jedi fallen order, slime rancher and battlefront.

Athletics Day
I wake up to the bright sun shining into my room, I sit up as i watch my mum and my sister racing up and down the hallway. I lay back down as i then realise that today was Athletics day, but i wasn’t going still tired i go back to sleep. A while later I wake up to my sister shaking me to wake me up. I get mad as i yell at her to get out of my room. She walks out and tells me to eat breakfast. I then get up to get breakfast, After breakfast I started to do some jobs for my mother because i felt bad that she was unwell. I did the dishes, cleaned the house and the bathrooms, I fed the animals, hanged out the washing and unpacked the shopping. After all the jobs I sat down and laid in bed since im not aloud on technology because i took the day off. I laid in bed I played music and drawed for a few hours i then got yelled at to come and have dinner. I get up quickly since i was starving and I rush to the table to have dinner.
